Cook Pharmica, Monsanto Sign Manufacturing Pact

Cook Pharmica has signed an agreement with its first client, Monsanto Co., to perform small-scale manufacturing of bacterial-produced proteins in support of safety assessments of biotechnology-based crops. Cook Pharmica will perform the manufacturing at its Bloomington, IN facility. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
